The production time for orders up to 1000pcs is usually up to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation and acceptance of the visualisation of the medal and ribbon prepared by us. Above 1000pcs, the production time is set individually.

The average delivery time is 3 working days from the day the products are dispatched. Delivery is carried out by DPD or UPS courier directly to the address you have provided.

In case of wooden and acrylic medals, there is no problem to make a free sample of the medal, regardless of the number of pieces ordered. In case of steel medals, the free sample is made for orders of 500pcs or more. Below this number, the cost of producing the sample is determined individually.

Vector or high-resolution (300dpi) graphic files are the best solution to ensure the highest print quality. We can produce from lower quality files but the final effect may be worse. The file formats we accept are PDF, JPG, PNG, CDR, PSD, AI. We will always let you know if the files you provide are good enough.

Of course! The possibility of last-minute production of medals is always individually discussed with the customer. We can produce medals even within 48 hours of ordering. There is also the possibility of express shipment, which will reach you within 24 hours of dispatch, this is of course correspondingly more expensive, the express shipment service is provided by UPS.

Payment is made by bank transfer to an account in Euro currency in accordance with the pre-agreed terms of business or by PayPal.

For orders up to € 2,000, we do not require prepayment. Payment shall be made within 7 days after delivery of the goods basen on a VAT invoice issued by us. However, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the goods without prepayment. All our transactions are insured by Euler Hemers (Allianz Trade) and the possibility to sell without prepayment depends on their positive opinion of the counterparty.

A visualisation of the finished product will also be sent to you for your approval.

VAT of 19% is added to each invoice. The net and gross price (including tax) is shown when quoting medals on our website. It is possible to sell goods with 0% VAT, however, this option is available only to companies registered in the VIES system.

All medals are produced in Poland (European Union) from certified materials approved for sale in the EU and with care for the environment.

As all creations are made according to a specific, individual design, it is not possible to return unused medals.

Of course, we make combined or multi-layered medals (e.g. two layers of wood glued together) Medals of this type are always priced individually based on the customer’s design or idea.

We have an extensive graphics department at your disposal. Based on your vision, we can prepare a medal design to add splendour to your event.

They are made of wooden plywood of different thicknesses. We use only the highest quality grade 1 plywood certified by FSC. Medals can be either printed in colour or engraved with a laser.

They are made of transparent acrylic, a material that imitates glass but is much stronger than it. The material is almost completely transparent. The medals can be either printed in colour or engraved with a laser.

They are made from 3mm thick steel laser cut to any shape, powder coated in any colour and printed according to the customer’s design. This is by far the heaviest type of medals we offer.

We can use a single-colour ribbon, unprinted, 12mm or 25mm wide. We have a wide range of ribbon colours available. We can also make a printed ribbon up to 25mm wide, the number of colours and the complexity of the printing do not matter. It is possible to use a ribbon made of Recycled PET.

Complaints and discrepancies with the design must be submitted to info@medalmania.run.
Errors overlooked by the customer that were visible in the visualisation submitted and accepted by the customer are not subject to complaint. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the visualisation of the finished product for any errors or omissions.
Complaints regarding discrepancies in the colours of the prints in relation to the visualisation will only be considered in the case of the production of a physical prototype. This is due to different screen settings, in other words, on each monitor a given colour will be displayed slightly differently.
